Hypostyle hall of the Hathor shrine at the temple of Hatshepsut was the most difficult part of the photoscanning project from scientific grant “Dialog” (under directory of Jadwiga Iwaszczuk PhD, founded by National Science Centre of Poland for collaboration of IKŚiO PAN (Institute of Mediterranean and Oriental Cultures, Polish Academy of Science), PCMA UW (Polish Centre of Mediterranean Archeology, University of Warsaw) and Ministry of Antiquities of Arab Republic of Egypt.
Model was created from 5159 photos taken during a one hour of light gap per day, when the temple is covered by the shadow of the mountain in the late afternoon, but with still enough light for sharp images. The glass bottle and cork and separate objects. The “Liquid” meshes are just extra decor, but can be removed. All the modeling was created using Blender.
The glass mesh is divided in two (outer and inner glass) for sketchfab aesthetic purposes.
*Consired lowpoly for Renders/Realistic style games.
UV’s:
Glass bottle’s (both inner and outer) and cork. For some reason the glass UV’s will not show in the sketchfab inspector.
TEXTURES:
Includes game ready seamless cork textures: 2048x2048 diffuse and specular maps. This is an original texture made by myself using my own photograph references and Krita. (Haha, professionalism!).
Specular map may work as a normal map.
For a “cartoony” style I found that using a blurry version of the cork texture works well.
