The project was developed by the Leningrad State Design Institute №5 in the early 80s under the direction of B.E. Sandler for LNPO Krasnaya Zarya. In view of the presence of weak soils at the construction site, the type of foundation was of particular importance. Weight and wind load are transferred to the ground through a box-section foundation supported by 700 piles. The core of the building is the shafts of six elevators, and the structure itself is a reinforced concrete frame with external panels. The low-rise wings of the building are assembled from reinforced concrete columns and beams. The outer walls are finished with expanded clay concrete panels, into which the finishing material, Saarema dolomite, has already been installed at the factory. The glazing of the building was carried out with teraflex double-glazed windows made in the GDR, a feature of which is the deposition of antimony oxides several microns thick between two layers of glass, which gave the glass a bronze-chocolate color 3D Model is ready to download for free

And welcome to the final result of the July Project of my Patreon.
I really enjoyed making this more realistic Dinosaur style, because I used the new blender 2.8 with all the new features that it has. And this new version of blender is greatest, they improve a lot the 3D performance, the visualization of the matcaps and the workflow, is more intuitive to work and smoother.
Definitely is a great update of this awesome software.

This is my personal studying project called “Martian Colony”. Textured in 3D-Coat, most of the props have 1k textures.
My colony has some living blocks, the laboratory, gates to the mine with some crystals, and the mining vehicle full of them. And in the center of the scene, I placed the obelisk, which initially attracted the attention of researchers.
Sometimes I want to make some extra-polishing, but it’s time to finish and move ahead. It has optimized topology, but many of the props are duplicates, so the total number of triangles could be less. Some of my favorite props are also published separately in my profile.
