  High-rise office building «Raduga» 3D Model 2026-06-28
The project was developed by the Leningrad State Design Institute №5 in the 80s under the direction of B.E. Sandler for Krasnaya Zarya Plant. In view of the presence of weak soils, the type of foundation was of particular importance. Weight and wind load are transferred to the ground through a box-section foundation supported by 700 piles. The core of the building is the shafts of six elevators, and the structure itself is a reinforced concrete frame with external panels. The low-rise wings of the building are assembled from reinforced concrete columns and beams. The outer walls are finished with expanded clay concrete panels, into which the finishing material, Saarema dolomite, has already been installed at the factory. The glazing of the building was carried out with teraflex double-glazed windows made in the GDR, a feature of which is the deposition of antimony oxides several microns thick between two layers of glass, which gave the glass a bronze-chocolate color.

I thought this would be a cool idea and wanted to take the opportunity to create something new for the World of Warcraft universe. I thought of this idea because I wanted to take something that exists in real life and turn it into something that might live in the World of Warcraft, and I knew the Tuskarr would be a fun culture to delve into. Since they’re based on Walruses I came up with the Milk Delivery Sledge for transporting their milk across the icy places of Northrend and the Dragon Isles. I tried to make everything fit in with the Tuskarr aesthetic and had a lot of fun with it. I appreciate all the feedback I had throughout the process which allowed me to push the project further and I’m really happy with how it looks. Shared with Permission © PYTCH 2022 During my time at Pytch one of the projects I was tasked with working on was to create a Cyberpunk/Dystopian City street for use as a driving plate for virtual production in Unreal engine. My responsibility was to design and create the city street and implement it inside Unreal engine while ensuring performance. Due to the scope of project I created modular assets that can be instanced in order to keep with in performance targets and meet the scale of the scene. The road seen above is 6 tiles each with which I mixed and matched to hide repetition and tiling issues.
