I was looking back on my older work and decided I wanted to have another go at making an evolve based monster. Owning the art book I decided to develop a concept by Stephen Oakley of the Goliath (of which didn't make it into the game). Having only one picture to go on has been a real challenge, but has been great fun and an awesome learning process. This amphibious beast was created as the test case for my Pluralsight course on Character Design, entitled “An Immortal Design: Character Design Theory and Development.”

Even though there’s some improvements to make I like how it turned out, I really love her works and it was a very good practice for the whole character pipeline and make a fully gameready character :)
