  Tree House Diorama 3D Animated Model 2026-06-22
So, I decided to use this diorama school project as a way to explore what 3d can offer and how it looks it other completely different styles. I went on a completely different direction from my first project (treasure chest) going from a some what realistic hand painted to the most stylized texture I could do. I decided to do cell shading for this one, although cell shading material doesn't export to sketchfab I decided to duplicate every object and flip it's polygons to give a similar ilusion, ence the diorama having the double of the budget tri on sketchfab. This project was inspired by animal crossing and Drawn to Life , hopefully it gives some sense of story within and atmosphere.

This model was made in blender3.2 and painted in substance painter I DID A REMASTER OF THIS MODEL ,go check it if youre interested : https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/megalodon-f3b10f3ac00d4058a6f9836f8884acad The model have 2variants for megalodon (thepreviewone) with a damaged version and another that is basiclly a casual white shark without not so much detail and with no scratches,comes with Diffuse,Normal(directx and opengl),Roughness(dry and wet),and AOmaps,uvunwrapped it manually Comes with blend file with an control rig(with ik,etc)and a export rig that is just a copy transforms of the export rig without all the control bones also i add a multires modifier with a max of 4 subdivisions Already tested it in Unreal Engine and unity and the animations work fine ,with that said if you have compatibility issues when importing animations to other softwares apart of blender,leave it at the comments so i can fix it Hope you like it :D 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 12816 polygons.
