This archeological site if found next to the port in the island of Aigina southwest of Athens, Greece. 37.750199, 23.423487 The column standing in the center is a part of a temple to Apollo 6 B.C. The site is very interesting since the area was used before as a prehistoric settlement and after as well. Do visit the museum if you have the chance. Please help improve the description. This is a work in progress. The point cloud alone was 4GB. I have 8GB of RAM and my computer crashed constantly. Such armors have probably been used since the Mycenaean period, and from the end of the 6th century BC they became the standard armor of the hoplites.
