Sculpted, retopologized, and then painted.
(This was essentially my first time doing any 3 of those steps).
The goblin isn’t rigged.
The grass I wanted looked much softer, but sketchfab (as far as I’m aware) doesn’t support billboarding.

Quick Test - I decimated this sculpt from 8m to 40k in Zbrush - I then auto UVd the 40k mesh and projected the 8m sculpt into it including polypaint. Finally I baked polypaint and a normal map and exported to Sketchfab 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 95836 polygons.
