De portada plateresca es la fachada del Convento de Dominicas de Santa Catalina de Siena. La misma pertenece a finales del siglo XVI cuando Roma anunció su fundación oficial, ya que el edificio había sido adquirido y fundado “extraoficialmente" como convento años antes por Juana de Mendoza y Zuñiga. En su parte superior podemos todavía observar en el tímpano del arco restos de las pinturas con la imagen de Santo Domingo, que queda flanqueado por unas columnas de fuste estriado. En el tímpano antes mencionado se hallaba también la Cruz de Santo Domingo, que sería trasladada de lugar en el siglo XIX. Lo que se puede observar en la imagen es un renderizado del modelo 3D que realizamos hace unos días, en él hemos quitado las “vandalizaciones" en forma de pintadas que tenían las puertas 3D Model is ready to download for free

On a hill, and guarding the road that linked the coast with Castile through the Saja Valley, stands the Castle of San Vicente, in Argüeso, within the municipality of the Brotherhood of Campoo de Suso (South of Cantabria, Spain). It is a medieval fortification of military character and Gothic style, which represents the most outstanding and oldest example of rock castle in Cantabria.
Built during the XIII, XIV and XV centuries, it was the emblem and fortress of the lordship of the House of Mendoza in the highlands of Campoo.

Over eight centuries old, the Bimaristan Nur al-Din, is the earliest surviving site for the development of Islamic medicine. Throughout the building’s lifetime, the site has functioned as a medical school as well as a place of healing in the heart of the old city of Damascus. Built in 1154, the building is characterized by its red brick muqarnas, elaborate entrance block, and finely carved wooden doors. The hospital was in use until the 20th century when it was converted into a Museum of Arabic Medicine and Science. The preservation of the building is a reminder of the major contributions of Islamic medicine to the world today.
