T1 Tower - La Défense / Paris
The T1 tower is an office skyscraper located in the municipality of Courbevoie (in the district of La Défense, west of Paris.
The construction of this tower began in 2005 and ended in 2008.
With a height of 185 meters, it is in 2016 the sixth tallest building in France, after the First (231 m), Montparnasse (210 m), Incity (202 m), Majunga (195 m), and Total (190 m).
Designed by the firm of architects Valode and Pistre, it has the shape of a sheet folded in two, resembling a sail inflated by the wind. The south façade of the tower is strictly vertical (towards La Défense), while on the north side the façade descends gradually towards Courbevoie thus ensuring a transition with the lower town.
Created and adapted for the game “Cities Skylines”
It is entirely rented by Engie (formerly GDF Suez) who moved into the tower in 20102.

The upmost care went into crafting this model. As a result it is subdivision ready. The model was unwrapped with efficiency in mind. Both left and right shoes are mostly identical, save for logos and text that cannot be mirrored.
