This is the Mythosaur Axe from the Star Wars Universe, i couldn't find a ton of references for it so I kind of took it my own direction, loosely based off the Star Wars pedia picture of the axe though 3D Model is ready to download for free

The model includes an M230 Bushmaster Chain Gun, Hydra-70 2.75-inch rockets, and HELLFIRE missiles. It’s highly optimized and suitable for mobile, AR, and VR applications.
