So using Python to create an easy work flow from concept to posing / animation. It sorts out all fbx imports, sets up the initial rig with files / atrributes renaming. So with a click of a button, it will have over 100 animations ready to be used. The idea is to to get a base rig from mixamo, and then using a custom rig on top of that. So this is the almost completed version, all that is left is to do the hair animation/ rigging, and finalised the clothes and rigging.

This 3D model is based on the short story Slug girl by Junji Ito.
I sculpted it in Blender and handpainted the textures in Substance Painter. The model is optimized and game-ready. I had a lot of fun working on this project and will definitely do something similar in the future.
