This is a French Navy sailor's cap. The logo on the ribbon reveals that it belongs to the “Tactical Fleet Jeanne d'Arc". As a casual coordinate, the silhouette is created by collapsing it diagonally like a beret. It is adjusted with the VRM humanoid model output from VRoidStudio.
