  EMD SW1200 Locomotive 3D Model 2024-05-12
Low poly game ready model of a locomotive designed as a mashup of various EMD SW1200 variants. Painted in a Burlington Route livery (some liberties taken). This is actually a remake of a model that was featured in one of the levels I created for No More Room in Hell, quirky details preserved. At the time I was not able to actually create 3d models properly and found a way to circumvent it by using Propper - an addon that allows one to create a Source Engine model using only the Hammer Editor. I thought this would be a great subject to test my abilities since there is an easy point of comparison with the original model. (Comparison pictures here: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/xJdygW) Modelled in Blender and textured in Subtance Painter (Designer helped as usual). On purchase, also includes a .blend along with the assorted materials used including a clean version along with just the grunge for use with custom liveries/paintjobs 3d model

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a mine train roller coaster located at Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Park in Paris. In Tokyo and Paris, the attraction is named Big Thunder Mountain. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is also the name of the fictional rail line the roller coaster depicts. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was designed by Imagineer Tony Baxter and ride design engineer Bill Watkins. The concept came from Baxter’s work on fellow Imagineer Marc Davis’s concept for the Western River Expedition, a western-themed pavilion at the Magic Kingdom, designed to look like an enormous plateau and contain many rides, including a runaway mine train roller coaster.
