Modeling was made with ortho-photos of real quadcopter and gimbal that is why all details of design are recreated most authentically. • This model consists of a few meshes, it is low-polygonal and it has four materials. One material for quadcopter and one for gimbal. • The total of the main textures is 9. Resolution of all textures is from 2048 to 4096 pixels square aspect ratio in .png format. Also there is original texture file .PSD format in separate archive. • Polygon count of the model is – 20860. • The model has correct dimensions in real-world scale. All parts named correctly. • To use the model in other 3D programs there are scenes in formats .fbx, .obj, .DAE, .max (2010 version). Note: If you see some artifacts on the textures, it means compression works in the Viewer. We recommend setting HD quality for textures. I modeled this interior fan in order to enrich my gallery with a work in high-poly and to play with real-time motion blur.
It’s inspired by a real model I have in my home but, obviously, without the camera !
The idea of adding this “option” came from the similarity between the “head” of the fan and a rotating security cam. I think funny the “not-discreet” side of this spying gadget.

Il est inspiré par un vrai modèle que j’ai chez moi mais, évidemment, sans la caméra !
L’idée d’ajouter cette “option” est venue de la ressemblance entre la “tête” du ventilateur et une vraie caméra de sécurité rotative.
