While you can decide to redo the whole rig on maya/max/blender, I encourage you to try using akeytsu, you won’t regret it =)

The FBX is made to be used in realtime game engines and uses custom vertices normals (supported on most 3D softwares except 3dsmax, import the model on it at your own “risks”, well it’s not a matter of risking anything but 3dsmax will mess up with these custom vertices normals…)
Maps consists in 1 2K UVset, and uses combined map channels to reduce drawcalls (better performances)
