Second university project, to create a floating island diorama Went for all assets having relatively low pollys to have a fuller, busy impression. My aim is to create a story by portraying a witch's island of books, with her oragami birds and fish, aswell as her dragon Familiar. I tried to make most of the pages unique and included references to the dragon on a few of the books. Not too sure about the colouring, was intending to have far more pinks and turquoises to aid a magical feel but ended up rather brown. Willow trees are my favourite so went for a magical pink fantasy one. Struggled a lot with the composition of the island and in hind sight would like to move everything around, but overall semi-happy.
