The 3D model presents a digital twin of a theatrical costume for a play by A.N. Ostrovsky. The garment was modelled by using historical block patterns, 2D scans of textile materials and 3d scans of contemporary actors. Anthroscan, Clo3D, 3dsMax, PixPaint and SubstancePainter software programs were applied. The authors of the 3D model are Aleksei Moskvin and Mariia Moskvina (Saint Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design). The authors thank prof. Victor Kuzmichev (Ivanovo State Polytechnic University), faculty members and students of Ivanovo State Polytechnic University and their colleagues from Ivanovo State Museum of Local History named after D.G. Burylin for providing data required for 3D modelling. “Meas” - personal project inspired by great person. This project have a lot of meanings for myself, a lot of memories and feelings inside. In general it is about will to create something meaningful, without letting any anxiety and stresses of life to influence your vision. Weather it is artwork, relationships or anything else that really means something to you. That’s where from overall light atmosphere is in this scene, there is no place to disturbances from outside and that’s what makes this process of creation more pure. I am sure those who look for meanings can find more inside. Anyway I hope that you also will enjoy at least vibe of this little scene. . For long time wanted to make project as a 3d scene with animation and color. After 2 weeks of intense work at free time and around 60~70 hours of going step by step through this project I finally finished 🎉 .
