Typhoon was designed originally as an air superiority fighter and is manufactured by a consortium of Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo that conducts the majority of the project through a joint holding company. The aircraft’s development effectively began in 1983 with the Future European Fighter Aircraft programme, a multinational collaboration among the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Crabs were important motifs in Cotzumalhuapa art. The flat upper surface of Palo Verde Monument 4 suggests that this sculpture may have functioned as a seat or altar. The claws and legs of a crab are combined with the head of a mythical reptile. Palo Verde was an important center in the Cotzumalhuapa hinterlands and boasts a magnificent set of monumental sculptures. Currently in the El Baúl Museum.
