I captured 3 walls sections, the interesting thing here is the technique used to build the wall. Instead of well joined and polished stones here huge rocks are pilled up and smaller rocks fill the space between. It was suposedly designed to allow to hear soldiers cllimbing the wall as they would eventally let a small rock fall.
This third wall is a low wall before a gate to enter the castle ground. This wall as fewer and big stones taht fit well together. Some stomes are recycled from other building as testify the carving tah tcan be seen in many stomes used in this castle. Oda Nobunaga ordered this Castle contruction as a base for the invasion of Tanba region. I love fighting games! River City Girls was a fun game to play over the weekend!
Its was a cool 2D side scrolling beat-em-up game.
What I planned originally was a a two to three day experiment making this model, but it ended up turning into a week long project!
It was fun to make even though its not exactly the way I would like it to be. I did learned how to use mixamo and attach actions to an armature in Blender. Have a look at the animations (and please ignore the floating brass knuckles and cellphone!)
