The Potocki Palace in Lviv was built in the 1880s as an urban seat of Alfred Józef Potocki, former Minister-President of Austria. On 22 November 1919, American pilot Edward Graves dropped into the palace as part of an air show over the centre of Lviv on the 1st anniversary of the city’s liberation from the Ukrainians.
