Fortune tellers always made they part in the circus universe and atmosphere. For this challenge i wanted to make a fan art / redesign of the anthological Fortune Teller / Wish Granter machine from the film “Big" (1988) in a sci-fi context, to fit in this intergalatic exibition! Zoltar's soul was eternally trapped in this futuristic machine, and the powerful oracle is always ready to grant you a wish. Glad to finish my entry for the #XPPenSculptChallenge in time! Polycount is 9638 triangles.
Texture is 1024.
During the process I used Zbrush for the blocking, 3Ds max for the UVs and some of the modeling, Substance Painter for baking and first texture pass, 3D coat for retopo and final texture painting and Photoshop for final texture polish.
