Avro Lancaster Lowpoly model of british heavy bomber Avro Lancaster is a British 2nd World War heavy bomber. It was designed and manufactured by Avro as a contemporary of the Handley Page Halifax, both bombers having been developed to the same specification, as well as the Short Stirling, all three aircraft being four-engined heavy bombers adopted by the Royal Air Force (RAF) during the same wartime era. It first saw service with RAF Bomber Command in 1942 and as the strategic bombing offensive over Europe gathered momentum, it was the main aircraft for the night-time bombing campaigns that followed. As increasing numbers of the type were produced, it became the principal heavy bomber used by the RAF and squadrons from other Commonwealth countries. 1 standing version with wheels and 2 flying versions with trails, afterburner, pilot and armament. A 3d model based on a museum example of a sten like submachinegun in the Polish military museum in Warsaw, the submachinegun or “SMG” was made by Edward Sitek a member of the Polish resistance during the Nazi occupation of Poland in ww2 most likely by hand and out of scrap metal with minimal tools.
The design of the submachinegun is most likely based on the famous British Sten gun mixed with the Polish Mors smg, there is also from the looks of it some Russian ppsh 41 influence of the gun as the what could be a safety, fire selector or both look fairly similar to the ppsh 41s fire selector. Not much else is known of the gun as the museum exhibit does not tell you much, no idea what the fire rate was or in what cartridge it was chambered in, my guess is that it’s in the ever popular 9x19 parabellum or “9mm” cartridge as the dimensions seem right to me 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 48635 polygons.
