Early version of a commissioned treehouse asset for a music video animation. The asset was only viewed from front so the backside lacks detail, and the house part was drastically changed in the later versions. Probably won’t upload the final version due to personal preference. Textures were converted from specular-gloss to metalness-gloss and downsized for sketchfab upload. It was decent work at the time, but I revisited it in 2022 to give it a proper mesh/material cleanup and see how much I could improve it. This is the result! Some of it could definitely still take a little more attention, but overall I’m happy with where it ended up. It’s a cool ode to the infamous Piranha Plant from Super Mario Bros.
