During the first world war cavalry tactics changed with an emphasis on dismounted firepower and covering fire from the flanks, using machine guns and attached artillery to support cavalry charges. The stl file is based on a high-poly version of the model decimated for printing. I have hollowed out the model and thickened some of the very thin parts to help with printing.

This is a quick creature project that I made a few years back. The concept sculpt was created in a little under six hours. Once I had a good blocked out concept, I refined the detail sculpt, retopologized the mesh Uv’d and textured it.
The surfacing for this guy was originally done with Vray in mind, but with a little clean up, it was pretty easy to transfer over to Sketchfab’s PBR material. I had to down res the maps significantly to get them to load however, and the Emission of the material seems to blur out the surface quite a bit.
The colors for this guy were inspired by a close cousin of the Seahorse known as the “Weedy Sea Dragon ” while the overall patternings and designs are very geomtric in nature 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 23558 polygons.
