Joe Marrok is quick to defend his friends but also quick to put his paws in his mouth. He often rushes into battle without thinking ahead, but he always makes up for it with charm and wit. As Captain of the airship “Ruhk", he isn't afraid to take the odd smuggling job or roll in the dirt to get the job done and feed his crew. Designed by Frankie Mendoza, and initially sculpted by JJ Chalupnik, Millions of Tiny Robots finished this asset for production and produced final textures for the VR project. Imagined as an animated TV series, Primal Skies is a joint VR project collaboration between JJ Chalupnik (PSYCHOPOMP), Frankie Mendoza (Big Bite Studios) and Millions of Tiny Robots (MoTR). My idea for this challenge was to combine the adventure kit with two characters in the ancient egypt setting :)
I love looking at handpainted 3D scenes and characters, so I recently started my journey with Blender and this challenge was amazing to start this new project, I learned a lot during the process.
This scene which is set in an ancient fantasy egypt shows princess Ra-Ptora with her companion Red who travel the endless desert wearing their adventure kit.
Everything was done in Blender.
