La Fontaine de la Fréjaire appelée aussi Fontaine des Cordeliers fut construite au XVIIème siècle sur la Place de la Fréjaire par Guyon Guérin de Bouscal. Ce dramaturge réalmontais né protestant vers 1613 s’est converti au catholicisme, il est l’auteur d’une dizaine de pièces de théâtres et d’une trilogie adaptée du roman de Cervantès, dont le « Gouvernement de Sancho Pança » qui fut joué par la troupe de Molière entre 1659 et 1665. Guérin de Bouscal résida à Paris de 1634 à 1645 puis revint dans le Languedoc et fut nommé en 1651 premier consul de Réalmont. Il inspira également Molière pour son Don Juan. Le 31 décembre 1675 il décède à Réalmont. El sanatorio de San Francisco de Borja, en Fontilles, Alicante, tiene su origen a principios del siglo XX, cuando se decide construir una Colonia Sanitaria que permita recoger y tratar a los enfermos de lepra. El pabellón de los laboratorios se construye en 1914 por el proyectista Enrique Llopis Soriano. Inicialmente es concebido como un pabellón exento, con una estructura de muros de carga, dos crujías y una sola planta destinada a comedor, según los planos del proyecto. Sin embargo, durante su ejecución, se amplía a dos alturas para poder albergar también la enfermería de hombres. En el momento de su finalización el pabellón es de planta rectangular (27.40 m x 11.50 m), con una altura de cornisa de 8.20 m y una superficie construida de 600 m2. En la década de 1930 se demuele el pabellón vecino de las Hermanas Voluntarias, y en su lugar se construyen las nuevas Cocinas, que quedan anexas a los comedores por un volumen de distribución.
