  Forest Demo 3D Model 2023-11-03
Made a separate vanilla minecraft build using similar technique on making trees and plants from my previous cambodian build. Wanted to share this to show how detailed forest can be without using any resourcepacks and mods.   Used a lot of floating / combined plants for detailing. Yes, this was a hell of a scan… it look me 10-15 minutes to walk the entire street. Shootout to @polycam app (@cpheinrich), that handled the capture from the beginning to the end of this 560 ft long scan (170 m.)! Try to navigate through the scan using the annotations. Clarion Alley is a small street in SF between Mission and Valencia Streets, notable for its world renowned murals. To me it’s the Street Arts Mecca, and it tell so much about the history of SF past decades, its mystical bohemian tradition, the challenges faced by its communities, and much more.
