Double Brougham carriage scan performed in coordination with the Arlington Court Carriage Museum. The first Brougham carriage was commissioned in 1837 by Lord Brougham (1778-1868). He wanted a refined and glorified street cab, which would make a convenient carriage for a gentleman…closed and intimate thus allowing the occupants to conduct a private conversation. The Brougham, pronounced broom, became popular with the gentry of the day, as it was an ideal carriage for use in towns and cities. This carriage was built as a wedding present for Colonel F.M. Hext of Pinhoe, near Exeter. It was used during his honeymoon on the Isle of Wight and has the family crest on the door. Double Broughams differ from Single Broughams in that they have fixed seating for four passengers and are usually extended at the front with small side windows. My focus was and always will be to create medium-tier weapon skins, that are relatively neutral and not overly complicated. I know there are so many superb artists that create a true pieces of Art - I’m just a humble ui/ux designer that puts his soul to create a niche of guns that fit my needs.
Like all of my work, I will adapt this style to various guns with changes and adjustments where it seems necessary (for example additional material because of model complexity etc).
