This model was remeshed from a high resoltuion CAD model using InstaLOD which captured all the detail in original 1 million poly model. The original model was painted in 5 UDIMS in Substance Painter and the cape was made in Marvelous designer. The model was animated in Maya and this drove the cape sim.
