The Saneta apparatus was used for therapeutic electrical body massage with a high frequency current of between 100 and 250 V.
The device presented here consists of a high voltage generator connected to a Tesla transformer built into a handle, which serves as the grip for the replaceable glass electrode. The electrodes were filled with an inert gas, usually neon or argon. In operation, the gas shone violet, blue, or pink. The user massaged the skin with the electrode, causing a flow of high frequency alternating current through the body. When the electrode was held close to the skin the patient felt tingling, and when in contact with the skin - warmth. Electrotherapy devices were very popular in the 1920s and 1930s. They were used in clinics, by doctors, natural therapists, and regular people.

This is a model I helped make while at Cubicle Ninjas for the VR Project we made for Nyx Professional Makeup in the fall of 2017. I worked with the model I was provided as a base, and I remade and rigged the cap with the brush to match the branding on Nyx’s website, and I was provided the physical product to match as well. I also unwrapped the model to create the texture.
The model is 3108 tris, 1 draw call with the texture size at 2048 x 2048, and I made the entire texture using primarily illustrator for all the text and labeling in vector format. For this model I decided to try to keep the vertexcount pretty low. The model itself has less than 8400 verts and the colour scheme stands in contrast to my last model.
