This is a scan of a small skate park in Rio de Janeiro, Lagoa, with some great grafitti, additional sky environment, and raw decimated scan data. The park was shot with a Sony Alpha7, tripod, and zeiss lens for sharpness. Made of 160 photos and processed with Reality Capture software. To finish the sky domes are mapped with segmented panoramics that were shot at the same time. Included in this pack will be HDR 7k panos for lighting. It was a cloudy day with light rain, so things were done quickly to say the least. I document the shoot on my blog here, which shows how I processed the other nearby skate pool. This landscape was made entirely in VR with Gravity Sketch for a tutorial on my channel. It utilizes an original workflow of mine where I use Gravity Sketches volume brush to create convex shapes that can easily be converted into clean geometry with booleans.
Each material can inherently share the same gradient texture as well, but to make it presentable in Sketchfab I have baked a unique color into each material’s gradient. This model also works extremely well with decimation, and can still retain it’s form when decimated by 99%. So it’s not your standard model, but with some tweaking there’s a lot you can do with it :)
