Trying out handpainted textures for the #travelchallenge! A regular broomstick just won’t do for a warlock on the go! This deluxe broom is complete with handlebars, a seat, and a friendly familiar. I was going to add cupholders but not sure if that fits with the fantasy theme. Feel free to use this model for anything, it was mostly for practice. All done in Blender.
Also, despite what the bottom says, this model is probably not compatible with Unity/Unreal. The broom is all individual objects with their own textures, as that was the fastest and easiest workflow to follow. The file is an absolute mess. If you feel like optimizing it for game engines anyway, feel free to share with credit. The presented item is a refracting telescope on a tall equatorial mount tripod. The tube is made of wood, the 8 cm diameter objective and the retractable eyepiece are fixed in brass rings at opposite ends of the tube. The spotting scope is attached to the declination axis, which ends in a spherical metal counterweight on the other side. The declination axis is movably attached to the hour-angle axis.
The telescope was of compact size and offered quick disassembly, making it a convenient portable instrument. It was brought to the Astronomical Observatory in Kraków in 1834 by Józef Łęski.
