They where created using Substance Designer, but honestly your betting off modelling all of the details on the badge because tesselation is not efficient. Here’s the result of a project i’ve been working on over the last few months. the model is a re-interpretation of an imperial knight gallant from warhammer 40k. the main model was modelled and rigged in blender and textured in substance painter. The base was made using destruction simulations in Houndini out of a mesh made in blender.
