This is a model of a destroyed Flower-Shop. It has artistic game textures. It uses the PBR-Metalness Workflow. Two Materials: The Metalness texture for the second material is not delivered since there is no metal in the model. Simple adjust a black color.

It has the smoothness information in the alpha-channel of the metallic texture. So everything works fine with Unity.
