  Oceans Embrace 3D Model 2024-05-03
In this assignment we were asked to creat a WOW inspired weapon. I found this assignment quite challenging at first, I wasn't familiar with weapons and so coming up with a creative design that fit the brief took me longer than expected. However, in the end, I am pretty happy with my outcome. I chose a coral/deep sea theme for my weapon and thanks to this I was able to play around with lots of fun colors and the presentation. Hello, are two elementals I made together with Bert Suffys. It was part of a group project called Brimstone. The design, modeling and unwrapping was done by me, and Bert did the texturing. At the end I changed the textures a bit to make it look more fire-ish and ice-ish. I really enjoyed this, because it was a good opportunity for me to learn how to work together with other artists. Hello everyone, This was such a cool project to work on. I made this project based on the concept art from Kyle Corneliushttps://www.artstation.com/artwork/5l2Kz. Everything has a first time well this project was a lot of first times. This is my first time working in zbrush I always wanted to learn how to sculpt and work it down to a useable game ready creature. After making the high poly in zbrush I went to Maya for the retopo this was also a first for me so learned to work with the quad draw tool. When the low poly was done I uv unwrapped in Maya and textured in substance painter. I went back to zbrush for the posing.
