Hi! So this is a model based on a concept art I found in Pinterest, which is this one: The original art is made by Peet Cooper. As I saw I thought “this would be nice to be turned into a 3D model. So I started working on it. The funny thing is that as I finished modeling it, I realized that MANY other people had done that before. Many high poly versions of that conceptwere linked to the pincture, but I hadn't seen them before. Anyway I decided to finish it as I really lik the style. So I really hope you guys like it even if you knew some of the other 3D models based on this concept. I really enjoyed the process and learn some things. Hello! I revisited Claw machine’s draft after getting feedback about trasnitions and details, but design was updated mostly due to my freind’s and my new ideas and thoughts for this model and for our project. We decided to make it more stylised, chunky and relevant for the planned project, early on I imagined that cabinet is metalic with planks’ pattern drawn on but I decided to make it made out of actual wooden planks that reinforce the idea of barn-like arcade machine. I also refined shapes and details and their transitions, now it should be ok for model’s draft.
