The Shokúl are ancient warriors, fallen in battle who have been reanimated to serve their former Shogun. They are immensely strong and tower several feet above a mere mortal. The expression on its face no longer resembles the person that it once was.
I designed the character based around ancient Feudal Japan and sumo wrestlers. This project took longer than usual, but I learned a great deal while working on it.

This is my fourth time joining the Artstation Challenge, and I still learn as much as the previous times. The real challenge is accepting that not everything will be perfect. Everyone can make a perfect model, given enough time, but the time-limit here gives you the perfect opportunity to learn how to prioritize.
