The Bell 206 is a family of two-bladed, single- and twin-engined helicopters, manufactured by Bell Helicopter at its Mirabel, Quebec, plant. It was originally developed for the United States Army's Light Observation Helicopter program as the Bell YOH-4. However, it was not selected by the Army. Bell then redesigned the airframe and successfully marketed the aircraft commercially as the five-place Bell 206A JetRanger. The new design was eventually selected by the Army as the OH-58 Kiowa. I really wanted to practice handpainting a lot more than usual, and see what sort of effect I could achieve if I took the time to make some stylized textures just by hand! Also, this project was initially meant to be just a collection of vegetables, however I thought they would look very lonely simply floating around, so I developed the original idea by making a little scenery for them as well. This was super fun to work on, and any feedback is appreciated! :)
