An update of my old low poly TIE fighter model, with windows cut in and a low poly interior, complete with pilot, added- adds a ton of depth and realism. None of it is meant to hold up in closeups, but it looks great from afar. The whole thing is ~5.5k tris, so if you want a hangar full or a fleet of them, it won’t slow down your scene. Perfect for all your imperial needs!
PBR textures made in Substance Painter. The exterior is 2k, the interior is 1k, the pilot is 512x512.
Cutting in the windows a couple years after the outside model was done made for some very messy topology around them, but the overall ship is still low poly enough, and no one will notice. The glass is also currently single-sided, just to be more performant than trying to have glass with thickness and refraction. A low poly Zeta-class shuttle, as seen in Rogue One and Jedi: Fallen Order! My most detailed texture yet. This model is probably about 85% accurate, although I’ve gone for a more standard imperial gray to match the Lambda shuttle, rather than the black and orange we first saw in Rogue One. Fits in really well with the rest of the Empire’s fleet.
The wings and laser cannon turrets are all separate objects with the correct pivot points to rotate into flight mode. A few areas are very slightly simplified to keep the polycount low, and everything uses the same 2048x2048 textures. It also has a rough cockpit interior just with some glowing lights to add a bit of depth, but if you want to save performance you can delete it and make the windows opaque. Enjoy!
