This is an experiment. I want to recreate a cartoon style similar to the style I had when I was creating 2d character. She is Joy and she is a tattoo artist. I was inspired to make this rubber hose style model of my own character! It also made for some really good practice for rigging noodle joints in Blender! I learned a lot from this. Y’know I’m a little surprised it took me this long to make something in this style in 3D. I love this style! and I used to attempt to draw a lot when I was kid!

The goal of this project was to recreate Johnny, matching the art style of the original game and capturing the likeness of Keanu.
My inspiration behind making this project was being a big fan of Johnny (and also of Keanu) and wanting to make a character that would really push my abilities in the creation of skin, hair, clothing and hard surface.
Made as part of my final major project for my degree in computer games art.
