An ancient Egyptian standing figure of the god Bes from the Roman Period (30BC - 395AD) from the collection of Bolton Library and Museum Services. Bes is shown with legs apart, hands on hips and leonine mane and ears. On top of his head is a five plumed headdress.
The figurine was excavated by B.P. Grenfell at Oxyrhynchus and donated to the Bolton Library and Museum Services Collection by the Egypt Exploration Fund.

Vasa was a Swedish warship that capsized and sank off Beckholmen in Stockholm’s inlet on its maiden voyage, August 10, 1628. After some early unsuccessful attempts to rescue her in the 17th century, Vaasa was largely forgotten.
The ship’s approximate position remained known until the middle of the 19th century, but no serious attempts were made to salvage it. In 1956, the amateur researcher and engineer Anders Franzén, together with the diver Per Edvin Fälting, succeeded in re-establishing Vaasa’s exact position and after several years of marine archeological excavations and preparations, Vasa was lifted above the water surface on April 24, 1961.
Since 1990 the ship is included in a permanent exhibition in Stockholm. Until 1988, the wreck was stored in Wasavarvet, a temporary building that, in addition to being a combined conservation room, was allowed to function as a temporary museum. This is work in progress. It’s been quite a while, hope you’re doing well :) .
I made this project on my spare time during 1 week for a challenge organized by Stylized Station.
Modelisation with Blender ( except the Volcano, made with ZBrush / Blender ) and texturing with Substance Painter.
You can see this planet like a secondary level you could have in Super Mario Galaxy, where there’s no monsters or goals but only signs explaining you some facts about the Earth.

The 3d model has three separate assets: 1 the main museum building, 2 the canvas and separators and 3 pictures only for visualization purpose.
