I really enjoyed making this more realistic Dinosaur style, because I used the new blender 2.8 with all the new features that it has. And this new version of blender is greatest, they improve a lot the 3D performance, the visualization of the matcaps and the workflow, is more intuitive to work and smoother.
Definitely is a great update of this awesome software.

This is a diorama created from one of Jenny Brozek’s concepts ‘The Gate’ found on Artstation. I really loved the concept when I saw it and was desperate to make it in 3D. It was a really nice project to sink time and effort into and I learnt a lot throughout the process. I created the model in Maya, Textured in Substance Painter to get the basic textures and colours down before taking the maps into Photoshop to start the painting process. I appreciate Jenny for letting me make her awesome concept come alive in 3D and I hope you guys like it too :).
