It’s been about 4 months this I did any personal work. When Covid-19 hit and it felt like a bit of a stay-cation, so I put down the mouse for a while to focus on my physical and mental health. But after some much needed rest, I’m back and have a new fire for creating 3D art. For this piece, I wanted to try something different with my style and the way I used the tools to create it. I discovered Ellie’s (@ellievsbear on twitter) work and her charming and wholesome art style would lend perfect to what I wanted to try and do. Girl is bestowed with the wooden curse which slowly turns her flesh into wood. She gets outcast and abandoned in the woods as her body rots from the inside. She decides to invite the friendly looking spiders to dwell inside her, as her body won’t serve her for much longer. Very fun and wholesome tale.
