Highly detailed very ornate ring the I sculpted in the likeness of old school scrollwork for that medieval design and look. This ring is made from Argentinium Silver that has the hardness and strength of an alloy with a higher silver content than traditional sterling silver, delivering very white color, high reflectivity and hardness, which makes Jewelry made with this alloy particularly resistant to wear and scratching. The artwork of this ring in silver has been made in the same way the medieval silversmiths did according to the ancient traditions of lost wax casting. It is a solid back ring, not hallowed out under the designs, with scrollwork ranging from 2.5mm to 5mm solid around the ring, a full 30 grams of silver. The Greenman is primarily interpreted as a symbol of rebirth, representing the cycle of growth each spring. . The Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup is awarded each year to the women’s singles champion at the Australian Open tennis tournament. Each trophy is meticulously handmade using traditional techniques. We scanned the original trophy with our Creaform GoScan 20, repaired the mesh using Pixologic ZBrush, then painted the trophy using Substance Painter.

This rare and exquisite antique table nef ship is an extraordinary example of Viennese neo-Renaissance design, created by the legendary artisan Hermann Boehm. Nefs, so-called because of the French word for this kind of ship (nef) were popular table decorations in the late Middle Ages and Renaissance in Europe. They would often be made out of precious metals and occasionally used to store expensive condiments such as salt, pepper and spices, as well as cutlery or napkins.
Hermann Boehm (active from 1866) was Vienna’s most acclaimed silversmith & enamellist working at the end of the 19th Century, and was especially well-known for his intricately-crafted, artistically-innovative objets d’art in the neo-Renaissance style.
