Il confronto per l’attribuzione è palese: il bronzetto del Giambologna che rappresenta Ercole con la clava del Museo Nazionale del Bargello di Firenze. La singolare bellezza della scultura Luzzetti, la qualità della lavorazione e la struttura vigorosa sono tutte caratteristiche che sembrano confermare la correttezza dell’attribuzione a Giambologna (pseudonimo di Jean de Boulogne; Douai 1529 - Firenze 1608).
