Based on the Samurai fighting fish this sculpture is made from ceramic pollution absorbing NoxTek. Our relationship with our polluted oceans I see mirrored in this beautiful fish which is highly territorial and aggressive, attacking any other fish in its environs. For centuries we have spoken of ‘conquering nature’ forgetting we are a direct wonderful genetic chance response to it. But we are so connected to this biodiverse intricate ecosystem called Earth, that we are now experiencing the ramifications of our endless neglect and ‘growth’. Much like the fighting fish who wants to master all but In so doing hastens it’s own demise. Yet we have the ability to change and it’s what I hope for in 2020 - Samurai Fighting Fish - Jasmine Pradissitto - 3D model by public-art.uk 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 813176 polygons.

The Siberian flying squirrel (Pteromys volans) is a charming and agile rodent that inhabits the boreal forests of Siberia and other northern regions. Known for its distinctive membrane, or patagium, that stretches between its forelimbs and hindlimbs, this adaptation allows it to glide from tree to tree.
Key features of the Siberian flying squirrel include its large eyes, bushy tail, and soft, dense fur which helps insulate it in cold climates. Nocturnal in nature, it emerges at night to forage for nuts, seeds, and insects, showcasing its versatility in diet.
Witness the graceful flights of the Siberian flying squirrel as it navigates the northern woodlands, contributing to the unique biodiversity of its habitat.
