The CM-30 Caltrop is an unmanned vessel armed with a thermonuclear warhead. Its suite of precision sensors and powerful RCS motors allow it to chase down enemy spacecraft foolish enough to venture within its area of denial.
The maneuvering thrusters are placed on long arms to increase their physical moment and provide more turning torque. When inactive, it folds to fit through a launch tube and to minimize its target profile.

This vehicle is an essential component of the Dominion Star Command’s military edifice. Part dogfighter and part police interceptor, the Phantom can be seen patrolling opulent inner systems as well as engaging in fleet offensives against the Outer Belt Alliance along the Dominion’s ragged periphery. A model for Astrokill, an indie game I’m teaming up with. This will be the slower-but-beefier fighter for the Outer Belt Alliance faction.
It features dorsal and ventral 30mm turrets, fixed 60mm autocannons, and a 120mm main gun. It can also carry up to six nuclear torpedoes to combat enemy installations, one of which is shown here just prior to main engine ignition. For defenses, it has thick hull plating typical to the OBA faction, partially shielded thermal management systems, and an enhanced inverse gravitic field generator which can be found under the starboard wing. This craft supports a standard crew of three, featuring a habitat section for extended mission endurance. A light industrial complex perched on a stoney asteroid somewhere. It has machinery for drilling and pulverizing the interior of the rock, extracting volatiles, and storing them in a geodesic sphere with a docking ring. Freighters stop by at regular intervals to retrieve the goods.
Alongside the refinery are the power, comm and radiator arrays, rising up into space like battle standards. Refineries of this type are often crewed by a small, tight-knit teams on six-month rotations, but in some regions the process may be completely automated and unmanned–save for occasional maintenance by freighter crews as they pass by.
