  OceanGate Titan Submersible 3D Model 2026-07-15
My attempt at making something close to OceanGate Titan Submersible, which was tragically lost after it went missing on the 18th June 2023. The US Coast Guard's findings explained that it had imploded and the crew had been instantly killed. The Titan was doomed from the beginning, with unusual practise during its construction and made with crude materials. The Titan was an experimental submersible, and was not officially certified. A doomed submersible from the very beginning of its existence. May the crew rest in peace.

RMS Titanic was a British passenger liner, operated by the White Star Line, which sank in the North Atlantic Ocean on 15 April 1912 after striking an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England, to New York City, United States. The disaster drew public attention, provided foundational material for the disaster film genre, and has inspired many artistic works. RMS Titanic was the largest ship afloat at the time she entered service and the second of three Olympic-class ocean liners operated by the White Star Line. She was built by the Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast. Thomas Andrews, the chief naval architect of the shipyard, died in the disaster. With his breakthrough ideas, utilizing a ground and overhead antenna, he was able to extend the effective range of his wireless to many miles. By surrounding himself with the greatest wireless inventors and engineers of the day, he developed many wireless instruments that would expand the usefulness of his wireless system. Many of his rare original pieces of apparatus are on display in this room. To your left is a recreation of Titanic’s Marconi wireless room using authentic era devices. The rest of the exhibit includes rare original pieces of Marconi Wireless Company apparatus discovered in attics and collections around the world.
