The An-2 is a light multi-purpose single-engine biplane transport aircraft designed by the Soviet Antonov Design Bureau in 1946. It has smooth flight and reliable structure. It was put into production in 1947. The main production line was discontinued in 1991, with a total output of more than 18,000 aircraft. Its production period of nearly 45 years was once a Guinness World Record. China successfully copied it in 1957 and named it Y-5. This is a model I helped make while at Cubicle Ninjas for the VR Project we made for Nyx Professional Makeup in the fall of 2017. I worked with the model I was provided as a base, and I remade and rigged the cap with the brush to match the branding on Nyx’s website, and I was provided the physical product to match as well. I also unwrapped the model to create the texture.
The model is 3108 tris, 1 draw call with the texture size at 2048 x 2048, and I made the entire texture using primarily illustrator for all the text and labeling in vector format. I did not make the liquid suede logo or the nyx logo here, they were provided to me by another graphic designer I worked with on this project 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 3108 polygons.
