Tapestries for Skyblivion, here is the two meshes containing same cloth, but different rods. In total there are over 50 different patterns in the game. The patterns where created in Affinity Designer, and using tililng patterns and the Tile Sampler node I managed to create the effect of it being a cloth material. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 1944 polygons.
