Aquaponics are cool. Growing your own food in general is kind of cool.
Food doesn’t need to take a cross-country drive from the farm to your dinner plate, but that’s how most of us eat. It’s just gross in my opinion.
I tried to imagine what a decently-sized aquaponic aquarium setup would look like if they were sold in pet/gardening stores. The setups I found sold online are too small to humanely keep beta fish in, they’re really just cruel science projects.

woah this model is three years old now! I created this in my first year of uni using Maya and I can 100% say I prefer using ZBrush for organic assets. So, I’m planning to do a remake of this scene in ZBrush and will link it here when done!
